Network cabling warranty and repair terms

Our network cabling installations always carry a years warranty. All networks are thoroughly tested before we leave the site and are guaranteed for a year from installation date. Once a network is up and running it is very unlikely that it will fail.

The most common physical problems with a network are that hubs need replacing, drop leads are not installed correctly or physical damage has occurred to a network wall point.

In the unlikely event that you have a cabling problem, a network cabling engineer will speak with you to assess the problem over the phone.

Once a cabling problem has been established a network engineer will visit free of charge to rectify faults. Our warranty covers full parts and labour where there is no physical damage to network cabling or parts subsequent to out leaving site.

We can offer repair of existing networks outside warranty within our standard daily cabling charges. This is also available to customers with an existing network not supplied by us or who have damaged an installation subsequent to installation.
